You pick it up — or we drop it for a small fee — ready to serve, in foil pans with covers. Your crew plates it; your event runs on your schedule.
Our team on site for an hour of buffet service — set-up, chafing dishes, replenishment, breakdown. You host, we handle the food.
Menu choices above are a starting place — even if it’s not on the list, we can probably do it. We recently did a full spread for the Eden Chamber of Commerce with filet medallions, grilled chicken breast, and a vegetable medley. Reach out and we’ll build a custom menu.
