Why folks make the drive

Worth the trip from Raleigh.

If you're making the trip up I-85 from Raleigh, maybe after catching a game at PNC Arena or strolling through the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, you might be looking for something a little different for supper. Well, we've been serving up just that since 2001 here at The Sirloin House in Eden. Folks from all over, including a good many from your neck of the woods, tell us there's just something about our hand-cut steaks, cooked on a flat top just like Dad used to do. Or maybe it's our famous Sirloin Tips, always a crowd-pleaser. We put a lot of love into our cooking, from the early morning cobblers to the Fresh Fried Chicken at lunch. It's a place where you can slow down a bit, enjoy a good meal, and feel right at home. Come on up and see why so many make the drive.

What else to see in Eden.

If you're making the trip from Raleigh, there's more to Eden than just our good food. Our town sits right where the Smith River and the Dan River meet, offering some lovely spots for a picnic or a walk, like Freedom Park. Eden itself has a rich history, formed by the merger of Leaksville, Spray, and Draper back in '67, and you can still see that historic mill town character in different parts of the city. It's a nice change of pace from the hustle of Raleigh, a chance to see a bit of classic North Carolina. You could easily spend an hour or two exploring before or after your meal with us.
